What is Memory Foam

  •          Memory Foam is a space age product originally created by NASA. Memory Foam comforms to your body to support all members of your body. The most important being the spine and neck. Memory Foam improves the blood flow to all the parts of your body through the support. It gently huges your body to give you the best rest possible.
  •          Memory Foam or visco elastic foam, was developed by NASA to support the bodies of astronauts from G-forces, such as during lift off or re-entry into the earth atmosphere. It was such a great product that hospitals starting using it for bedridden patients and burn victums for their comfort. After time someone realized that this would be a great product for public and home use. But, it was also quickly realized that the original memory foam used by NASA was to firm for comfort while trying to sleep.
  •          Two of the main factors of memory foam is the THICKNESS and DENSITY. The density ranges from 2LB to 5LB. The thickness ranges from 1 inch to 5 inches.

Choosing the right topper pad.

  •           Over time consumers have figured out that the 4LB density and the 3 inch thick pad was the most comfortable and durable for most people. The 4 inch topper is better for heavier set people. There is one other concern I would like to stress that I have not seen much of. There is not a name or classification for the quality of foam used in products. Therefore, the quality is usually reflected in the price of the product. This was one of my big concerns, because I have heard so many horror stories of people buying cheap foam products. Sometimes it's hard to tell because I have seen many different price ranges of  foam products. Low quality of foam leads to sagging in the middle after about six months of use. You lay down one night to realize you start rolling to the middle of the bed. Our company uses top quality foam because we cannot afford to use any other. Just like other companies, we have tried many different grades of foam and they have failed. The foam that we use and will continue using is of the best quality.
